Chatsworth holds down the far northwest corner of the San Fernando Valley, right where the tract streets give way to the Santa Susana Mountains and the open ground around Stoney Point and the Chatsworth Reservoir. We clean the full spread of it. That reaches the horse properties and larger lots up in the northwest, the ordinary single family blocks along Devonshire Street, Nordhoff Street, and Lassen Street, the newer builds tucked into the hills, and the offices and shops out toward Mason Avenue and the industrial pockets near the tracks. Reseda is only a short drive southeast, so a Chatsworth visit is an easy local run for our crew, not a haul across town.
Living against that much open land shapes the work more than anywhere else we clean. Wind carries dry grit off the hillsides and the reservoir basin, and it finds its way indoors through screens, door gaps, and the vents that run all summer when the heat settles into this end of the Valley. Equestrian parcels add their own dust off dirt drives and paddocks. Homes here range from compact postwar houses to sprawling ranch style properties on half acre lots, so we never quote by a fixed clock. We look at the actual place, then agree the time and the price with you before a date is set.
