What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean is a recurring upkeep visit that maintains a home already at baseline. A deep clean is a longer one time reset that reaches everywhere a standard clean does not have the hours to touch.

Rule of thumb: if the home has gone more than two months without a professional clean, or if you are switching from cleaning it yourself, start with a deep clean. After that, a standard visit on a regular schedule holds the line at a lower price per visit.

Honest Maids is a small family company. We started on these Reseda streets and we still clean them every week, before we spread out across the rest of the San Fernando Valley.

How soon can you come?
Often the same week, sometimes the same day for a small job. The best way to check is to text us. If you are somewhere in the San Fernando Valley and the calendar has room, we can usually get to you quickly.
Do I get the same cleaners each time?
Yes, wherever the schedule allows. The same trained people learn your home, so you are never handing your keys to a rotating pool of strangers. That is one of the reasons regular customers stay with us.
What if something is not right?
Tell us and we come back to make it right. All we ask is the chance to fix it. Every visit carries a satisfaction guarantee, and it is why the reviews say what they say.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, everything. We arrive with all supplies and equipment, for every service. There is nothing for you to buy or set out. If you prefer a specific product for a surface, just tell us and we will use what you have.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Only if you want to be. Many customers give us access and go about their day. If you would rather stay, that is fine too. Either way, we walk the space with you or send a note before we leave.
