Accessibility statement

What is built in

• A skip link at the top of every page jumps straight to the main content.
• The accessibility button in the corner, and the same panel in the menu, switch on dark mode, larger text, higher contrast, or reduced motion. Your choice is remembered on your device.
• The before and after sliders can be moved with the arrow keys as well as by dragging.
• Every page works without the menu: the footer links to every service and every area we clean.

How we test it

Before a change goes live, every page is scanned with axe, an automated accessibility checker, at the width of a phone and at the width of a desktop screen. On the latest scan, on September 30, 2026, axe reported no serious or critical problems on any page.

An automated scan only catches part of what matters. A hands-on review, working through the pages with a keyboard alone and then with a screen reader, is planned but has not been done yet. We will update this page when it has.

Use our contact form with the accessibility topic already chosen. Tell us which page you were on and what stopped you. If you like, mention the phone or computer and any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader, a magnifier, or voice control.

How fast we respond

We reply within 2 business days. We aim to have the fix live within 45 days of your report. If a problem needs longer than that, we tell you why and give you a date.
